No Snow Studio Shipping Policy
At No Snow Studio, we strive to provide a smooth and reliable shipping experience for all of our customers. Below you’ll find all the details regarding our shipping methods, costs, and other important information.
Shipping Locations
We currently offer shipping to the lower 48 states within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international locations at this time.
Shipping Rates
- Flat Rate Shipping: A flat rate of $5 applies to every order.
- Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders over $100.
All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.
Delivery Times
Delivery times typically range from 2-5 business days depending on your location within the lower 48 states. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Processing Time
- Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders for items that are in stock will be processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
- Custom Orders: Custom orders take 7-10 business days to produce, depending on the size, complexity, and stain of the item. We will provide updates throughout the process to keep you informed.
Order Tracking
Once your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the status of your package as it makes its way to you.
Eco-Friendly Packaging
At No Snow Studio, we care about the environment. Your items will be shipped in plain brown boxes with recycled paper packaging and additional packaging foam when necessary to ensure the safe arrival of your products.
Damaged Items
We take great care in packing your items, but if something arrives damaged, we’re here to help. If your item is damaged in transit, please:
- Take a clear photograph of the damaged item.
- Contact us at christina@nosnowstudio.com as soon as possible, and we will assist you with the next steps to resolve the issue.
Returns and Refunds
At No Snow Studio, your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
- Returns: You may return unused, non-custom items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
- Custom Orders: Unfortunately, custom orders cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item is returned safely.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at christina@nosnowstudio.com within 48 hours of receiving the item with a photo and description of the issue. We will work with you to replace or refund the item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund status. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
